Sales Specialist - Industry Analytics

About the role

ABB is looking for a Sales Specialist for Industry Analytics in Madrid, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role covers the sale of analytics products and services in the Spanish market, in line with the division strategy, with daily qualitative and quantitative sales targets. The work model is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate to customers details on delivery times, payments and general terms and conditions in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicate the value proposition to customers.
• Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in chemical or industrial engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience selling analytics devices (FTIR, chromatographs, TDL, etc.) in industrial environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
