Sales Support Specialist (French) – Hybrid in Barcelona

About the role

Join Prinova, a global leader in ingredient distribution and manufacturing solutions, as a Sales Support Specialist. You will work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment based in Barcelona, providing essential support to the commercial team and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take, confirm and input customer orders accurately.
• Monitor customers and coordinate with commercial, logistics and quality departments.
• Enter purchase orders and handle customer queries promptly.
• Send quality documents and product samples, coordinating with the Quality team and warehouses.
• Prepare price quotes, gather information from Product Management and support lead qualification.
• Log opportunities and quotes in the CRM system and keep data up to date.
• Assist sales representatives with follow‑ups on open quotes, opportunities and sample requests.
• Support the preparation of tender documents and contract renewals.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal sales team requests.
• Liaise with Finance on new customer creation and credit limit updates.
• Monitor shipments when needed to maintain high service levels.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with strong business communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable in a dynamic commercial environment and able to manage simultaneous projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for order entry, opportunity tracking and data maintenance.
