About the role

Key responsibilities

• Educate sellers on new functionalities and best practices.
• Mediate between sellers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Analyze and report product issues by testing scenarios and impersonating users.
• Update internal databases with technical issue details and seller interactions.
• Collaborate with content managers to improve FAQs and reduce contact volume.
