About the role

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS), a fast-growing semiconductor company providing power circuits for cloud computing, telecom, automotive, industrial and consumer applications, is looking for an energetic, efficient and self-motivated team player to join its Logistics staff in Barcelona and support its activities in Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the logistics team in Barcelona and China to assist in coordinating logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and distribution.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to keep stock optimal and minimise excess inventory.
• Prepare the documentation and paperwork needed for importing goods and reaching customers in EMEA.
• Communicate with sales, customers and the warehouse so that customer needs are met on time.

Required profile

• Education: FP (Formación Profesional), a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• English is a must; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
• Nice to have: experience working with global or cross-functional teams, and a background in tech hardware, electronics or manufacturing.
• A valid disability certificate is considered a plus.
