SAP PT Consultant for German Business

About the role

As an SAP PT Consultant for the German Business, you will act as a trusted advisor to German‑speaking customers, helping them optimise and evolve SAP HCM Time Management processes while ensuring compliance with German labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PT solutions.
• Deliver SAP HCM Time Management Application Management Services, including implementations, change requests, configuration and enhancements.
• Configure and maintain work schedules, absence and attendance management, quotas, time evaluation and integrations with Payroll.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and participate in SAP HCM Time Management transformation and migration projects.
• Identify automation and process‑optimisation opportunities and document functional specifications, testing and issue resolution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Time Management (PT) consultant in AMS or implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP PT for Germany, including work schedules, absence management and time evaluation.
• Experience working with German‑speaking customers in the DACH region.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills.
• High degree of autonomy, problem‑solving mindset and willingness to travel occasionally.
