SAP Senior Business Analyst (FICO - Integration)

About the role

As a SAP Senior Business Analyst focusing on FICO integration, you will bridge finance processes with technology solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange between SAP and external systems. You will work within Zurich's Technology Delivery Center, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver integration projects that support global finance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for integration and data exchange scenarios.
• Design, document and implement OData‑based API interfaces between SAP and external systems.
• Prepare SDLC‑compliant system design documents and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Support testing, implementation and training activities for integration solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of business analysis experience, preferably with a BAEP or equivalent qualification.
• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP FICO and integration design, including API development.
• University degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent practical experience.

• SAP FICO (ECC 6.0) and SAP S/4HANA
• OData API design and development
• RESTful APIs and SAP Cloud Integration
• Middleware technologies and ETL/data integration
• Business Process Modelling and re‑engineering
