About the role

Alsa is offering a fully funded scholarship to obtain a professional D driving licence and the initial Professional Aptitude Certificate (CAP) for bus drivers in Ibiza. Successful candidates will receive high‑quality training and a guaranteed employment contract once they complete the programme.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the theoretical and practical training required for the D licence and CAP.
• Participate in a personalised onboarding plan after certification.
• Provide safe, customer‑focused bus service in Ibiza.

Required profile

• Minimum age 24 years.
• Holder of a B licence with at least 10 points.
• Pass a selection process including a competency interview and a tourism‑vehicle driving test.
• Residency in Ibiza (certificate of registration required).
• Commitment to customer service and willingness to work in the transport sector.

Required skills

• Valid B driving licence with sufficient points.
• Basic driving competence and ability to learn professional bus operation.
