About the role
The School Extracurricular Activities Specialist will design, implement and oversee a diverse range of after‑school programmes that enrich student life. Working closely with teachers, external providers and the wider school community, the role ensures activities are safe, inclusive and aligned with the school’s educational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging extracurricular activities for students.
- Monitor and evaluate student participation and gather feedback to improve programmes.
- Collaborate with teachers and external providers to coordinate activity delivery.
- Ensure safety, inclusion and compliance with school policies in all activities.
Required profile
- Relevant experience in activity planning and execution.
- Degree in education, recreation, or a related field.
Required skills
- Creativity and innovation in program design.
- Strong organizational and instructional abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
