Seasonal Sales Associate (16 h per week)

About the role

Capri is hiring a temporary seasonal Sales Associate in Seville, working about 16 hours per week. The role sits within the Jet Set team and focuses on customer experience, sales and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of the Jet Set team, supporting colleagues across the store and taking responsibility for your own self-evaluation and performance
• Keep image and grooming standards aligned with brand policy and collaborate with management on sales strategies, product knowledge and selling service
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, using clienteling apps to communicate with clients and proactively manage the client database to increase sales
• Maintain floor presence and build good communication with management to drive store performance
• Meet and exceed sales goals, using product knowledge packs to advise customers confidently
• Follow loss prevention and health and safety guidelines, and follow VM standards for inventory management, sales analysis and customer engagement

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced retail environment
• Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
• Fluent English preferred
