Security Site Manager – Hybrid (Madrid)

About the role

The Security Site Manager will lead the security function for Thales’ Cybersecurity & Digital Identity site in Madrid, ensuring the protection of information assets, physical premises and business continuity. Working in a hybrid model, you will coordinate security initiatives, manage crises and align local practices with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plans for the site.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ENS and other relevant security regulations.
• Conduct security audits and risk assessments, reporting findings to senior management.
• Oversee physical and logical security controls, including access control, surveillance and network protection.
• Lead incident response activities, including threat analysis and remediation.
• Collaborate with IT, facilities and external partners to integrate security measures across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or a related technical field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM are preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience developing crisis management plans in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of local, national and international security regulations.
