Security Supervisor

About the role

PPL Security Services Ltd., which has provided commercial and residential security solutions across Trinidad and Tobago for over 40 years, is hiring a full-time, on-site Security Supervisor based in Port of Spain and/or San Fernando. The supervisor oversees daily security operations, manages a team of security officers and ensures the safety of the assigned client locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and manage a team of security officers
• Ensure the safety and security of the assigned client locations
• Conduct routine inspections and manage schedules
• Maintain compliance with regulations
• Deliver on-location and in-house training
• Address security concerns promptly

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in the security industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security management training and certifications are an advantage
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

• Proficiency in physical security techniques and best practices
