Segundo/a Jefe SSTT

About the role

We are looking for a Second Head of Safety, Health and Environment (SSTT) to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all installations and machinery at our Barceló Hotel in Málaga. The role supports the senior manager in upholding company quality standards and safety directives.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all hotel installations and equipment operate correctly and are maintained in optimal condition.
• Ensure proper use of facilities and compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Follow the directives of supervisors and adhere to Barceló Group quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate vocational training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio).
• At least 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within a hotel environment.
• Preferably trained in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Team‑player with good communication and analytical abilities.
