Senior Account Executive – UGG Brand (Spain)

About the role

Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the long‑term management and strategic revenue growth of the UGG brand across Spain. You will work closely with local cross‑functional teams to ensure brand plans are executed and profitable growth targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across all functions.
• Achieve, deliver and exceed sales and growth targets for the territory.
• Plan and execute seasonal sell‑in, replenishment and business development initiatives.
• Drive acquisition of new accounts across all retail channels and segments.
• Provide support measures to accelerate sell‑out performance at partner points of sale.
• Attend regular sales meetings, prepare reports and sell‑through data, and support the Area Sales Manager as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required.
• Ability to prepare and present information to stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for the UGG brand and fashion lifestyle.
• Prior experience in wholesale sales and order‑book management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Full, valid driving licence.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
