Senior Account Manager – Groceries (Spain)

About the role

Glovo is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the growth of its Groceries vertical in Spain. You will work within the QCommerce team, partnering with grocery retailers to expand their presence on the platform and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Groceries business unit, increasing partner acquisition and activation.
• Own end‑to‑end partner relationships, including P&L monitoring, product integration, co‑marketing initiatives and assortment/price management.
• Onboard new grocery partners, providing tools, training and ongoing support.
• Collect partner feedback, translate insights into product improvements and ensure operational excellence.
• Forecast, track and report key account metrics against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing and operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for partners and customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business consulting or a related sales role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• High‑energy, proactive attitude with a bias for action in a fast‑moving startup environment.
