Senior Account Manager – Microsoft Advertising (French Market)

About the role

Microsoft Advertising is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of French‑market advertisers. You will drive revenue and client satisfaction by aligning Microsoft’s advertising solutions with customers’ marketing objectives and building trusted, long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor account health proactively, gather feedback and develop long‑term strategies to improve the client experience.
• Demonstrate the business value of Microsoft Advertising solutions and integrate them into clients’ overall marketing plans.
• Leverage relationships with key contacts, identify drivers of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, and implement recovery action plans.
• Adopt Microsoft sales strategies and use Unified Client Management (CRM) tools to increase performance, upsell opportunities and client retention.
• Create value‑proposition presentations and specialised business plans to generate new business and upsells.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ marketing needs, competition and industry trends to provide actionable insights.

Required profile
