Senior Auditor

About the role

Zurich Insurance is looking for a Senior Auditor to join its Group Audit team in Barcelona. You will work on high‑quality, data‑driven audits for the P&C business, collaborating with stakeholders across France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Nordic countries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver audits of exceptional quality, on time and with impact, leveraging Data Analytics, GenAI and IT fundamentals.
• Develop audit approaches, assess key risks, design operational assessments and produce insightful reporting.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with audit stakeholders throughout the audit process.
• Promote a learning culture by continuously developing business, technical and new‑world skills.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree or professional qualification in P&C insurance.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in internal audit, risk management or compliance, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in complex, fast‑moving international organisations and familiarity with audit methodology and internal control frameworks.
• Strong project‑management abilities and fluency in written and spoken English.
