Senior Business Consultant - R&D

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join its R&D Business Consulting practice. You will help life‑science companies accelerate treatments to patients by transforming operating models with technology, data and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead for small‑scale projects, managing end‑to‑end design and delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Lead project teams of 2–3 consultants and develop people‑leadership skills.
• Drive practice growth through proposal development and identifying new opportunities.
• Solve complex challenges for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s data, software and AI insights.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting, preferably business or management consulting.
• Proven expertise in Clinical Data/Operations, Regulatory, or Pharmacovigilance/Drug Safety.
• Strong analytical mindset for quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• Domain knowledge in Clinical, Regulatory or Pharmacovigilance.
