Senior Business Travel Consultant – Night Shift (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to join our Customer Care team on a night‑shift, primarily remote basis. The role focuses on delivering a 7‑star experience to business travelers, handling bookings, amendments and cancellations using the Galileo or Amadeus GDS. You will work independently while supporting the wider team and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage European and domestic travel bookings, including flights, car rentals and hotels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with service level agreements.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, phone and email, providing professional and friendly assistance throughout the travel lifecycle.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, offering tailored travel options and proactively resolving issues.
• Mentor junior team members, review their work and support the Team Leader in maintaining high service standards.

Required profile

• Proficient in air‑fare pricing and ticketing with expert knowledge of the Galileo or Amadeus GDS.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly organized, able to meet tight deadlines under pressure and maintain a positive telephone manner.
