Senior Consultant/Manager – Transaction Services (Granada/Málaga)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Transaction Services Senior Consultant or Manager to join its D4D team in Granada (and Málaga). You will support clients through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, delivering financial due diligence and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence projects for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions.
• Analyse historical financial performance and future projections to identify key value drivers.
• Utilise data and analytics tools to generate actionable insights for clients.
• Support price adjustment definitions and provide recommendations to corporate and private‑equity clients.
• Collaborate with industry specialists to ensure comprehensive deal coverage.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑8 years of experience in audit, financial due diligence, corporate finance or private equity.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.

• Power BI (or similar data‑analytics tools)
