Senior Cyber Security Consultant – Offensive & AI‑Driven Defense

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Consultant to lead both defensive and offensive security initiatives across global IT and emerging OT environments. The role combines hands‑on penetration testing, AI‑driven automation, and strategic security architecture to protect a large‑scale digital transformation effort.

Key responsibilities

• Lead penetration testing, red/blue/purple‑team exercises and adversary simulations to uncover and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Design, implement and tune detection rules in Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel, analysing large‑scale security data.
• Provide 2nd‑level escalation support for complex security incidents (≈15% of daily effort).
• Develop AI/ML use cases for anomaly detection, automated threat analysis and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with MSSP, IT, OT and security architecture teams to translate technical findings into business‑focused recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in offensive security and vulnerability validation.
• Professional certifications such as OSCP, CEH or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST CSF and secure‑by‑design principles.
• Fluent business English for daily interaction with international stakeholders.
