Senior Data Analyst

About the role

iRESTORE, a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer brand in the beauty and wellness space, is looking for a sharp, impact‑driven Senior Data Analyst. The analyst will serve as a strategic partner to the Growth organization, turning complex raw data into clear recommendations that guide revenue, margin, acquisition efficiency, pricing, refunds, forecasting and experimentation. This is a fully remote independent‑contractor position reporting to the Head of Data and the VP of Growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly revenue and contribution‑margin performance across channels and geographies, comparing actuals to forecasts.
• Identify and quantify drivers behind revenue and margin changes, including CAC, refunds, discount depth, channel mix and demand shifts.
• Partner with Paid Media and Growth teams to evaluate true channel economics using refund‑adjusted CAC, contribution margin, LTV, cohort retention and payback periods.
• Recommend scaling, rebalancing or reducing channel investment based on unit economics and projected financial impact.
• Build and maintain cohort‑based refund curves, retention analyses and payback models.
• Distinguish structural changes in customer behavior from timing or reporting effects.

Required profile

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV and payback periods.
• Confident working with large, raw datasets and comfortable presenting data‑driven recommendations.
• Self‑motivated independent contractor able to meet agreed collaboration windows, key meetings and project deadlines.
