Senior Demand Planner

About the role

Revlon is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join its Operations team in Barcelona. The role will drive an accurate and collaborative demand planning process, linking Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to support commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process within the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle.
• Develop monthly and weekly forecasts, balancing short‑term execution with longer‑term horizons.
• Build volume and value forecasts by integrating sales inputs, marketing plans, historical sales and POS data, and market intelligence.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, consumption trends and forecast deviations to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing, challenging assumptions and ensuring forecast quality.
• Communicate demand projections and business outlooks to Finance and key stakeholders.
• Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, bias and overall planning performance through root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain demand planning databases, forecasting systems and statistical models.
• Prepare and share demand planning reports and KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias.

Required profile

• Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with ability to drive process enhancements.
• Experience in demand planning and S&OP processes.
