Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid‑media strategy and execution across multiple platforms. You will design, launch, and optimise campaigns that move prospects through the full marketing funnel, from awareness to sales‑ready leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and architect campaign structures on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom, look‑alike, contextual, intent and account‑based lists.
• Set bid strategies, manage budget pacing, and ensure accurate conversion tracking (pixels, server‑side, offline, GA4).
• Design retargeting and lifecycle audiences that integrate with email nurture and sales outreach.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft ad copy and visual concepts.
• Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy, audiences and bidding.
• Analyse performance data, build reports and continuously optimise spend toward high‑performing assets.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in paid‑media operations.
• Hands‑on experience managing multi‑platform campaigns with a focus on funnel performance.
• Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable campaign setups.
