About the role
Click&Boat is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two agile squads in our fast‑growing boat‑rental platform. You will work in a hybrid setting based in Barcelona, shaping product strategy and delivering high‑impact features.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor two engineering squads, ensuring delivery of high‑quality features that impact company KPIs.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define road‑maps and monitor production performance.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (French a plus) with at least 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
- Proven ability to coach engineers, provide regular feedback and align team goals with company objectives.
