Senior FP&A Manager – International

About the role

We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to act as the finance partner for our fast‑growing international segment. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with senior GTM and product leaders, turning financial data into strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior GTM and product leaders on growth, retention, pricing and investment decisions.
• Own international revenue and contribution forecasts, the annual plan and long‑range scenarios using driver‑based models.
• Provide rigorous analysis of SaaS and marketplace metrics such as NRR, GRR, churn, CAC, ARPA and marketplace liquidity.
• Support strategic initiatives (pricing, packaging, market expansion, new products) with ROI and margin analysis.
• Lead monthly and weekly business reviews, surface variances and deliver concise recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance or commercial finance.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience partnering with sales, marketing and product teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling and Excel.
• Experience with AI‑augmented finance workflows.
• SQL or BI tools (a plus).
