About the role

Zurich Insurance’s ServiZurich unit in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Insurance Business Analyst to drive AI‑enabled solutions across its insurance operations. You will act as the bridge between business teams, data scientists, and IT, ensuring AI models are aligned with business needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear data specifications and adapt AI solutions for country‑specific needs.
• Monitor AI model performance, evaluate business impact, and work with data teams to improve data quality, enrichment, and feature engineering.
• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, provide training on AI capabilities, and support Zurich’s AI adoption strategy and responsible AI principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Financial Services, Business Analytics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Insurance Operations or Data Analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs) or AI‑driven platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent English and proficiency in at least one additional language.
