About the role

Join BASF's Global HR Solutions team as a Senior IT Consultant, driving the transition from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SAP SmartRecruiters and shaping the future of AI‑enabled talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Define target recruiting processes, evaluate solution designs and support migration from SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to SAP SmartRecruiters.
• Consult global stakeholders on complex functional and technical topics, translate business requirements into solution designs and present recommendations to senior committees.
• Lead project workstreams, steer external implementation partners and ensure successful implementation, adoption and continuous optimization.
• Introduce AI‑supported recruiting capabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible AI governance.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder in a global enterprise.
• Proven experience leading SAP SmartRecruiters implementation or migration projects and steering external partners in international environments.
• Business‑fluent English and a degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business Informatics, HR or related fields.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder.
• SAP SmartRecruiters platform.
• AI‑supported recruiting tools (matching, interview tooling, document generation, marketing automation, CRM).
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding (nice to have).
