Senior Key Accounts Manager

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Senior Key Accounts Manager to lead strategic partnerships with API software providers and enterprise property managers across EMEA. You will act as the trusted advisor for high‑value partners, driving mutual growth and ensuring Airbnb remains the top distribution channel for quality stays.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic API and enterprise partners, representing Airbnb in all external meetings and industry events.
• Develop and execute win‑win strategies that increase supply quality and volume while meeting commercial agreements and SLAs.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and track performance against quarterly KPIs, feature adoption, and supply acquisition targets.
• Support partners through deep knowledge of API and technical integrations, guiding them on product roadmap changes.
• Educate clients on new features to accelerate adoption and enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnership, key account management, or connectivity roles within a global technology or tech‑hospitality company.
• Fluent in English and French (Spanish a plus).
• Proven track record of growing a book of business and building lasting executive‑level relationships.
• Experience in the hospitality technology sector is highly desirable.
