Senior Medical Education Platform Trainer

About the role

McGraw Hill is seeking a Senior Medical Education Platform Trainer to lead the adoption of its digital learning platforms across Europe. Based in Madrid, you will work in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site activities with virtual sessions, and travel extensively to support faculty, clinicians, and students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding and adoption programs for medical, nursing, and allied health curricula in Spain and across Europe.
• Deliver high‑impact in‑person and virtual training workshops, curriculum integration consultations, and support sessions for faculty, clinicians, students, and librarians.
• Manage relationships with third‑party partners, ensuring consistent training quality and alignment with McGraw Hill standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other cross‑functional teams to shape regional strategy, support renewals, and provide market insights.
• Represent McGraw Hill at conferences, academic meetings, and leadership presentations as a regional expert in medical education.
• Balance client expectations with internal priorities, working closely with Sales and Marketing without a direct sales focus.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in medical education, digital learning, faculty development, or platform training.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
• Academic or professional background in health sciences (e.g., Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health, or Medical Librarianship).
• Strong understanding of clinical settings and hands‑on experience in healthcare education.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs for complex academic or clinical audiences.
• Account‑management mindset with experience handling multiple stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel internationally across Europe and within Spain.
