Senior Mobile App Developer

About the role

As a Senior Mobile App Developer at Allgon, you will lead the design, development and maintenance of the company’s mobile applications. Based in Malaga and working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with R&D, product management and international teams to deliver reliable, user‑friendly solutions for industrial remote‑control systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain iOS applications using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Contribute to Android application development and maintenance using Kotlin.
• Participate in technical design discussions and help define application architecture.
• Ensure high software quality through code reviews, unit testing, UI testing and adherence to best practices.
• Improve application performance, usability, security and maintainability.
• Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release processes.
• Take part in requirements analysis, effort estimation and sprint planning.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for mobile applications and development processes.

Required profile

• MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development, including 3–5 years of hands‑on iOS development.
• Strong analytical mindset, quality‑focused and able to work independently while collaborating across functions and locations.
• Excellent communication, proactive attitude and comfort working in an international, multidisciplinary environment.
