Senior Network Supply Planner – French Required

About the role

Henkel is looking for a Senior Network Supply Planner who will shape the long‑range supply strategy for the Barcelona region. The role combines strategic planning, network analysis and close collaboration with operational teams to ensure product availability across markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review long‑range (24‑60 months) supply plans and mid‑term Master Production Schedule, Rough‑Cut Capacity Planning and Deployment Requirements Planning (6‑24 months).
• Analyse the supply network to spot constraints, under‑utilisation and recommend expansion or contraction actions.
• Support inventory analysis, monitor slow‑moving and obsolete items, and optimise inventory policies.
• Identify finished‑goods requirements per market and propose allocation based on business priorities.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost planning performance.
• Provide inputs for regional S&OP meetings and collaborate with operational supply and material planners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain or material planning.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Resident in Barcelona with immediate availability.
• Digital native with experience using advanced planning tools.

Required skills

• Advanced planning software such as APO, Kinaxis, o9, OMP.
• ERP systems experience, preferably SAP.
