Senior Observability / DevOps Engineer

About the role

Miratech is hiring a Senior Observability / DevOps Engineer in Seville to lead an enterprise observability transformation: migrating a large-scale Datadog environment from a child organization to a new standalone organization. You will drive the migration of monitoring, logging, integrations, security configurations and automation using Datadog, Terraform, AWS and Kubernetes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute Datadog organization and account migration activities.
• Migrate monitors, dashboards, SLOs, log pipelines, indexes, archives and retention configurations.
• Support migration of Datadog integrations, agents, API keys, RBAC, SAML/SSO and SCIM configurations.
• Use the Datadog API, CLI and Terraform Datadog Provider to automate migration.
• Validate migrated monitoring, observability and security configurations before cutover.
• Support AWS and Kubernetes/EKS integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, troubleshoot migration issues and support stabilization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Observability, DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on Datadog implementation, administration and migration.
• Proven experience with Datadog organization and account migrations, including parent/child and multi-organization environments.
• Nice to have: Datadog Certified Professional, Datadog Partner or consulting background, enterprise observability architecture experience, and experience validating monitoring parity in dual-running environments before cutover.
