Senior Process Consultant

About the role

Volkswagen Group Services is looking for a Senior Process Consultant to join its Consulting team in Valencia, Spain. You will support new and existing projects across the Volkswagen Group, providing expert guidance on process management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sub‑project management tasks within consulting engagements focused on business processes.
• Advise specialist departments and senior management on process design and optimisation.
• Analyse complex issues, identify weaknesses, and propose improvements for existing processes.
• Facilitate process‑optimisation workshops and present results to customers and governance boards.
• Model processes using tools such as ARIS or Signavio.
• Contribute to the development of holistic consulting strategies and expand in‑house consulting services.
• Network across the Volkswagen Group on process‑management topics and support new project acquisition.

Required profile

• Degree in business, engineering or a comparable field.
• Extensive professional experience in process management, including capture, visualisation and analysis of processes.
• Strong consulting background with proven sub‑project leadership.
• Relevant certifications in process or project management are a plus.
• Analytical mindset, solution‑oriented approach and excellent communication skills.
