Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

Dedalus is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead local procurement activities across Spain, Portugal and Latin America. You will combine hands‑on execution with strategic commercial ownership, ensuring the full source‑to‑pay cycle runs smoothly while aligning with Group Procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the supplier portal end‑to‑end, including onboarding, qualification, due‑diligence, compliance checks and master‑data maintenance.
• Own the purchase requisition and purchase order process on Dynamics 365, guaranteeing policy‑compliant, timely processing and smooth finance interaction.
• Lead negotiations with local suppliers, secure optimal commercial terms, and oversee supplier performance and risk throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Act as the primary procurement contact for regional stakeholders, translating needs into sourcing actions and ensuring fast, reliable execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably with indirect, IT, software or professional services categories.
• Proven track record of delivering value through negotiation and contract management in a multi‑country environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with procurement systems and supplier portals.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 for PR/PO workflows.
• Strong data‑quality and process‑compliance acumen.
