About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a large‑scale data centre development in Barcelona. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from structural works through MEP installation to final handover, working with a market‑leading general contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a 10‑person project team and coordinate all disciplines (structural, electrical, mechanical, and MEP).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost forecasts.
- Manage procurement, document control, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure safety, quality, on‑time delivery and budget compliance.
- Liaise closely with client stakeholders, design teams, and subcontractors.
Required profile
- 10+ years of industry experience, with at least 2 years in data centre projects.
- Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record delivering complex construction projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
