Senior Project Manager

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for its clients. Based in the Metro Vancouver area and working on Pacific Timezone hours, the role is hybrid/remote friendly. You will act as a champion for project management and Agile best‑practice, while also serving as a Scrum Master and trusted advisor to client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and oversee end‑to‑end project execution.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, prototyping sessions, testing and stakeholder feedback loops.
• Apply Agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient cross‑team workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services and the PMO to manage budgets, timelines and resources.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing regular status updates.
• Maintain ongoing client engagement to ensure delivery of expected value.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor morale.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or similar role in software development, web technologies or eCommerce.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Accountable, solution‑driven and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
