Senior Project Manager

About the role

Dragons, a global creative agency, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the operational backbone of a full account or portfolio of creative projects. You will ensure campaigns move smoothly from concept to delivery, balancing capacity, risk, and opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end operational health of multiple creative projects across disciplines.
• Lead project management activities – scope, timelines, budget, dependencies – using the methodology (Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) that best fits each team.
• Anticipate structural risks, capacity gaps, and bottlenecks, proposing creative solutions.
• Implement and enhance QA processes to meet partner and client standards.
• Manage Project Management tools as the central operating system, creating custom workflows, intake forms, proofing & approval processes, and cross‑project dashboards.
• Set planning and governance standards for the wider PM function.
• Lead monthly governance meetings with the Chief of Staff and senior leadership, shaping resourcing and priorities.
• Partner with creative, account management, and leadership teams to ensure timeline accountability and clear vision alignment.

• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into operational plans.
• Excellent stakeholder and leadership communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple PM methodologies and scaling processes.
