Senior Project Manager (Owner's Engineering) – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale international renewable energy projects, focusing on Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Wind Energy. The position is based in Madrid, with the possibility of remote work, and will start in September 2025.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
• Manage EPC contracts, control budgets, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and cross‑functional teams across different departments and geographies.
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years on utility‑scale Solar PV projects.
• Proven expertise in EPC contract management, budget control, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• PMP certification highly desirable.
