Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an ambitious and strategic Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager to join its Brand Partnerships team in Madrid. Working like a creative agency, the team helps brands and agencies conceptualize, produce and manage multi-channel campaigns. In this role you will scale sponsorship across Fever Originals and Official Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship with prospective and existing sponsors across your territory.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets.
• Own pipeline creation and end-to-end deal cycle management.
• Drive new sponsor acquisition and a land-and-expand motion across markets, audiences and Fever properties.
• Use Fever's ecosystem and market knowledge to identify and engage high-potential sponsors.
• Map and engage key stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential and procurement teams.
• Build creative outbound strategies, run discovery conversations and craft proposal packages.
• Lead commercial negotiations through contract signature and collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and Operations.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and visibility of pipeline stages, revenue potential, close dates and risks.
• Research the market and competitors to spot new categories, prospects and trends.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2C event sponsorship sales.
• Strong network of direct client and agency contacts across major industry verticals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for high-profile client meetings and proposals.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starting attitude and comfort in ambiguous environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
