Senior Strategic Partner Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Manager in Madrid. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of complex events for its most strategic partners, from the moment the contract is signed until the final closing, acting as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the whole project lifecycle and coordinate other departments' tasks so that everything happens on time and in form
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritising requirements with the product team
• Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to cover potential user issues handled by the user support team
• Ensure all requirements needed to reach project goals have the necessary documentation
• Be present on site during launches or other key dates depending on the event

Required profile

• Degree holder with a project management background; 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background (event experience is a plus)
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, detail-oriented and highly organised, able to handle parallel work streams
• Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies and talent, and to think strategically about partnerships and data
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building positive working relationships
