About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Huspy, you will lead end‑to‑end hiring for a range of business functions, ensuring a fast, high‑quality hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Your fluency in Italian will be key to attracting top talent for our expanding markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for business roles such as real estate, sales, key account management, operations and cross‑functional positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create hiring plans and execute them with discipline.
• Source and engage high‑calibre candidates through multiple channels, building robust pipelines for current and future needs.
• Provide a seamless candidate journey, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting in the Revolut People ATS, ensuring clean pipelines and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Analyse recruitment metrics continuously to identify improvement opportunities and raise hiring standards.

Required profile

• 4+ years of business recruitment experience in a fast‑scaling startup environment.
• Fluent in Italian with a proven track record hiring business‑focused profiles.
• Strong sourcing expertise, creative and persistent pipeline building.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented and data‑driven.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, leveraging AI tools and continuously improving processes.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
