Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Barcelona. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will act as advisor and gatekeeper for the business, helping it raise the bar with every hire. You will advise hiring managers using your market expertise, analyse TA metrics and build recruiting strategies that attract top talent while keeping the quality of candidates and hiring managers' experience at the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting: research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation and acceptance.
• Deeply understand one of the talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA and Africa) and tailor sourcing strategies for each region, using local networks and job boards.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and legal requirements for the regions you cover.
• Coach hiring managers on topics such as time to fill, market mapping, candidate engagement and conversion.
• Improve existing programmes and develop new strategies for finding top talent, using ATS reports and dashboards to show the recruiting pipeline.
• Support employer branding through networking events and e-meetups.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities for each candidate.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience recruiting different profiles in a fast-paced environment; experience in a scale-up or tech company is a plus.
• Proven track record of collaborating with hiring managers and business leaders and influencing strategic hiring decisions.
• Experience working on a variety of roles and levels at an international level.
• Solid understanding of Glovo's vision, business model and operations.
• Knowledge of regional talent markets, especially WE, IT-SEE, PLECA and Africa.
