Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – French & Spanish

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks French and Spanish to join Radisson Hotel Group’s Talent Acquisition team in Madrid. In this role you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of hotel leadership, specialist and corporate positions, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our brand promise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for hotel and corporate roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidates.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines using direct sourcing, networking, social media and referrals.
• Coach hiring managers on best‑practice recruitment processes and interview techniques.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and new hotel openings.
• Utilise recruitment analytics and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with legislation and DEI principles.

Required profile

• Significant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within hospitality, retail or other fast‑paced international environments.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and specialist positions.
• Strong ability to partner with business leaders and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Fluent in French and Spanish, with excellent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
