Senior Training Manager

About the role

A leading international luxury brand is looking for a Senior Training Manager to shape and deliver global product education across its retail network. You will turn seasonal collections into compelling learning experiences that boost product knowledge, client engagement, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce comprehensive product training content for seasonal collections across multiple categories.
• Translate technical product details into retail‑focused learning materials and identify knowledge gaps within store teams.
• Collaborate with digital learning teams to create e‑learning modules and mobile learning assets.
• Facilitate product training sessions, workshops, and collection presentations for global and regional audiences.
• Align training programmes with commercial objectives, measure their impact, and continuously refine content.
• Deliver train‑the‑trainer programmes, support onboarding, store openings, and key commercial launches.
• Maintain a global library of training resources and ensure consistent product messaging across markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product training, retail learning, or commercial training within a luxury, premium, or consumer brand.
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging programmes for international audiences.
• Strong understanding of blended and digital learning methodologies.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
