SEO Expert – French Native

About the role

Vanksen, part of the Datawords Group, is seeking a French‑native SEO Expert to join its SEO & Analytics team. You will work on high‑impact projects for local and international clients, covering traditional SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO) and Social SEO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SEO projects for a diverse client portfolio, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a consultant, defining tailored strategies and implementing optimization actions.
• Conduct in‑depth SEO audits (technical and semantic) and perform log analyses.
• Assess brand visibility on generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Boost visibility on social platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Develop net‑linking strategies and report on link acquisition performance.
• Deliver regular performance reports with keyword rankings, organic traffic and data‑driven recommendations.
• Engage directly with clients during kick‑off meetings, workshops and follow‑ups.
• Integrate AI tools creatively into SEO strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
• Passionate about SEO and continuously updated on industry trends.

Required skills

• Advanced SEO techniques (technical and semantic optimization).
• Log analysis for site performance insights.
• Experience with AI‑driven SEO tools.
• Social platform optimization (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
