Service Designer

About the role

GammaUX is looking for a Service Designer to join its remote‑first team in Spain, with occasional visits to the Barcelona office. You will shape end‑to‑end experiences for multinational clients, applying human‑centered design to solve business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, synthesize insights and translate them into service concepts.
• Lead interaction‑design and service‑design activities, including customer and internal workshops, user interviews and brainstorming sessions.
• Define interaction flows and service specifications while balancing business, technical and design constraints.
• Facilitate and synthesize workshop outcomes, develop design‑thinking methodologies and provide oversight across projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams, design systems and stakeholders at all levels to ensure coherent delivery.
• Contribute to CX and cultural‑transformation initiatives and support internal design training.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in service design or customer‑experience projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end service solutions and design‑thinking application.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Analytical problem‑solving mindset with storytelling ability.
• Experience facilitating workshops with junior to senior participants.
