Service & Performance Manager – General Services (Temp Agency)

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for a Service & Performance Manager in General Services at Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe, Madrid. The role focuses on managing waste, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending, ensuring operational efficiency and a high employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational performance, KPI achievement and contract compliance for waste management, auxiliary services, company cars, catering and vending.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as quality, satisfaction, incidents and service times.
• Supervise contractual compliance and SLAs with suppliers, coordinate audits and action plans.
• Analyze consumption data, identify trends and optimisation opportunities, and implement continuous‑improvement plans.
• Control budget, manage costs and ensure adherence to regulations and standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent (EQF Level 7 – Master’s level).
• Up to 3 years of experience in supplier management, KPI management and data analysis.
• Experience in vendor and contract management, with strong knowledge of SLAs.
• English level B2 or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft analysis tools.
• Proficiency with Google analysis tools.
• Project management capability.
