About the role

Join Zurich’s ServiZurich team in Barcelona as a ServiceNow Business Analyst Intern, working on global ServiceNow projects and gaining hands‑on experience in IT operations and emerging AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Work and collaborate on exciting global ServiceNow projects.
• Assess, define and document functional business requirements.
• Develop and deploy innovative tech solutions based on the global ServiceNow platform.
• Work alongside experts in various functional and technological domains.
• Enhance skills with real‑world experience in IT Operations, Service Management, GenAI and AgenticAI.
• Contribute to a global team that values your input and creativity.

Required profile

• Active student status with a Spanish university or school (mandatory).
• Interest in the insurtech world.
• Availability for at least a six‑month part‑time internship.
• Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
• Good team player with a responsible, can‑do attitude.
