Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Part‑time, 2‑3 days/week)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to work part‑time (2‑3 days per week) on a freelance basis in Barcelona. The role is ideal for a freelancer who already handles multiple clients and wants flexible, collaborative projects with creative freedom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule engaging content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms using Buffer.
• Design graphics and carousel posts in Canva.
• Edit short‑form videos with CapCut or similar tools.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and viral formats, contributing ideas for campaigns.
• Support community management and audience engagement.
• Track performance using social media analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short‑form content.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
