Social Media Specialist

About the role

Cosmo is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Specialist to lead its global digital presence. Based in Barcelona, you will craft engaging content, support brand storytelling, and boost audience interaction across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activity on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar, handling scheduling, publishing and monitoring.
• Ensure brand voice, visual identity and messaging are consistent across all posts.
• Support promotion of global and regional business, marketing and communications initiatives.
• Create multimedia assets such as posts, stories, short videos, graphics and coordinate photography.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth.
• Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with HR on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a company or agency.
• Proven ability to create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong copywriting skills and basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
